Dutta Engineering Works

Dutta Engineering Works was established as an engineering concern in 1981. Intially we have started with site fabrication and erection jobs. Subsequently, we have also established our manufacturing unit at Bhilai - Chhattisgarh .In 1998 which is running in full fledged operation.

Our works is having almost all technical and commercial resources required for manufacturing of light, medium and heavy structures, machinery, pollution control equipment , oil & water storage tanks. We are also registered with SSI�Chhattisgarh.

We have already executed various fabrication and erection jobs of MS and SS materials and have successfully completed and commissioned cyclones, Vrm , Material Analyzer(Gamma Matrix) package at the prestigious cement plant at Maihar in co-operation with Acc , RCD ,Mumbai in record time .

Thus, we have requisites infrastructures and set-up facilities for general and special fabrication as well as construction activities for various projects/plants . On behalf of the esteemed contracting agencies like ACC, RCD, Mumbai, ACC project, ABB Calcutta , Indiana Conveyors- Mumbai and M/S. Andrw Yule, Calcutta Etc, We have executed successfully various projects at different sites.

Quality Objectives

Following are quality objectives of Dutta Engineering Works , established at relevent functions levels. These specific and measurable quality objectives are consistent with the quality policy . These objectives / targets are specific , measurable , ambitious , relevant and time phased.

� 100% Adherence to the QAP(Quality Assurance Plan) and Inspection requirements as stipulated in the contractand taking into consideration of the customer's needs and expectations so that it shall lead to customer satisfaction.

� Generation of scrap shall be maintaned at less that 10 % and the same shall be reduced periodically .

� Reduction in number of customer complaints and repeat complaints.

� Enhancement of customer satisfaction level between the subsequent cycles of customer feedback.

� The above quality oblectives shall give rise tro growth in turn over.
